Privacy Policy for Shepherd Admin App

Thank you for using the Shepherd Admin Mobile App. Your privacy matters to us, and we want to be clear about the information we access and how we use it.

What We Access

To help you easily create and manage Google Forms and store them in your Google Drive, the app requests access to:

  • Your Google account (for sign-in only)

  • Permission to create and edit Google Forms

  • Permission to save those forms in your Drive (only the ones created with the app)

We do not access any other files or data in your Google account.

Why We Need These Permissions

We use these permissions to help you:

  • Build forms for member registrations

  • Save and manage those forms in your Drive so you can find or edit them later

We never use your data for anything else, and we don’t look at your other files.

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t store any of your personal data on our servers

  • We don’t share your data with anyone else

  • We don’t read or access anything that wasn’t created using the app

Everything stays private and secure between you and Google.

You’re in Control

If at any time you want to disconnect the app from your Google account, you can:

  1. Visit your Google Account settings

  2. Go to the Security section

  3. Select Third-party apps with account access

  4. Remove Shepherd

How We Protect Your Data

We use secure and modern methods to protect your personal data:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS to ensure encryption in transit.

  • Your Google account is used for sign-in only via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), which follows Google’s security standards.

  • We do not store your full Google account credentials.

  • Access to your data is restricted to essential app functionality only.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store or retain any personal user data.

  • The app uses your Google account only for sign-in purposes through Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0).

  • No user data is saved or persisted after sign-in — not on our servers, nor on your device.

  • Forms you create with the app are saved directly to your own Google Drive, not within the app.

  • Once a form is created, the app simply provides the link to that form, and does not retain a copy or reference.

  • After the creation dialog is closed, the app does not keep any history or reference to the form.

  • If you uninstall the app, no data is deleted, since no app-related data is stored.

Our Commitment

We follow Google’s rules for apps that use its APIs, and we only ask for the minimum access needed to make the app work well for you.
